Hollaaaaaa!
So this weekend was Remembrance Day! Canadians all wear poppies in memory of the war veterans. Wearing a poppy shows your respect and remembrance of their sacrifice!
We had exchanges again this week and Sister Stash came here! So funny story about Sister Stash. She's a convert from Southern Utah, and was raised on the boonies of a reserve. And Jeffrey Woodbury served in her ward and taught her family after they were baptized!!!!
Small world right????????

Sister Stash!!!
But Sister Stash is just the sweetest ever! Its cool cause theres a lot of first nations (native) people here in Southern Alberta, so it was soo cool having her at our investigator lessons cause she totally understands the extensive culture and traditions!! She has an awesome testimony and I loved having her there! We even picked up a new investigator together!! Love her!!!

alotta cool miracles happening here in Lethy.
Families inviting nonmembers over to dinners,
members giving out Book of Mormons like halloween candy,
and a South African family telling us they want to come to church and learn about all our beliefs!
this never happens. #40dayfastmiracles! basically-- GOOD stuff is happening!!!!
This place is on fire!! (ok its actually pretty cold... but missionary work wise, its blazin) We had 5 new investigators this last week and hopefully some more this week!
anywayz. ill drop some BIG news next tuesday. Lets just say, a member of the 70 is coming this week to talk to us about...................smart phones. #thefuture #graduatingfromflipphones #tuneinnexttime #nolongerlivingin2002

wearing our poppies on Remembrance day
And in honor of Remembrance Day I just wanted to share a little spiritual thought. I know that as we remember what matters most we'll feel so much peace and gratitude in our hearts! I am sooo grateful for Jesus Christ and his sacrifice, how because of Him, we can truly overcome all things!
Take the chance to reflect and Remember what he has done for you, during this (American) thanksgiving season! :)
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?.... Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." -Romans 8: 35, 37
