I love to see the Cardston temple!!!

This week was great! We had the chance to go to the Cardston temple, and it was the first temple built outside the U.S. so it is pretty old/cool/vintage!

Overall it was a good and normal week! Yesterday I got this weird eye infection and my eye is like the size of a raisin. Everyone’s looking at me and is like “WHAT IS UP WITH YOUR EYE!!!!!” so I gotta go that checked out……..

Here’s a good scripture 4 ya!

"And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field." (Deuteronomy 28: 1-3)

When I stumbled upon this scripture, I was like wowww!!!! It applies to me right now in so many ways. The Lord will continue to teach me whether I am serving in the city of Calgary, or in the small field of Taber! With transfers this week it is exciting for changes ahead.

My mission president called me last night and asked me to serve as an STL (Sister Training Leader) this transfer. So lots of changes await with new responsibilities.

More applicable to all of you, the Lord will continue to bless us whether we are home in our cities, or whether we are away in the mission field. As long as we are diligently keeping the commandments, the Lord will “set thee on high.” :)

Tonight we find out where I am getting transferred, so stay tuned next week. :)
