hi!!!!!!!!!!!
normal week. watched womens conference with 4 of the girls in the Wiebe family (our new investigators) and they just loved it! They were in tears knowing that God really loves them! Met with our investigator Jessica and she is just so excited to be baptized! We love her!!!

Also, we were on bikes and everyone we stopped by answered and let us in!!! holla!
also sister follett was really sick this week and was throwing up a lot so we spent some time at home... As a nurturing mother i had to nurse my baby back to health. She got a priesthood blessing so that was wonderful :)

we also had interviews with President Miles this week!! it was awesome and it always is when he comes to Taber!! He asked me to open up my Preach My Gospel manual to a page I look at multiple times a week. It has many doodles that surround the whole thing. its one of my favorite art masterpieces inside. and i kinda started giggling cause I didn't want him to see my lack of notes and just drawings. and he of course inevitably sees and is like "wow sister meiners let me see that!!!!" and i hand it to him and he's like "sister meiners I thought those were notes!!!!!!" prez always catches me...... but we had a good laugh and he looked through my art portfolio throughout my PMG so it was all good. hahahaha
Thought:
I was thinking about the scripture in Moroni 7:47 this week that describes charity. It says, "But charity is the pure love of Christ," And it made me think, how can I have charity??? How can I just acquire pure love, if I'm far from it???? I found this quote from a talk way back:
"The phrase “love of Christ” might have meaning in three dimensions: Love for Christ, Love from Christ, Love like Christ. People who have charity have a love for the Savior, have received of his love, and love others as he does." -Elder C. Max Caldwell
It gave me a lot of perspective! As I show my love for the Savior, by studying Him and trying to understand his life, and then I reflect on the love I have felt from the Savior, it becomes a lot easier to emulate that love for other people {with His help of course}. Charity is a spiritual gift that we can pray for, and as we desire it, God will often open our eyes and help us love like Christ. I love this chance I have to study the Savior on my mission. #tooblessedtobestressed
love you!!!!! who's pumped for general conference?????????????????? i am!!!!!!!!
