PSA:
Our boy Sarith is smoke free!!!!!!!
He hasn't smoked in 2 weeks!!!!! We were so pumped when he told us-- we did cheers in our apartment and were screaming of joy and gladness, so much so that our neighbor knocked on our door and asked if we were okay. We even made Sarith a certificate of achievement.

Sarith is such a champion. I was sitting by him at church when I look over and he's just casually stalking my facebook profile. And I was like "Sarith what are you doing!!" and he's like "I saw your name on your scriptures so I looked you up." Hahahahahaha that guy....
We have been eating good! So good in fact, that a 6 year old boy asked if there was a baby in my belly! Ha.....................
My Blond Moment of the Week:
So every time we fill up the car with gas I check the oil. And it was one cold night and I whined and said "Do I have to check the oil?" and Sister Williams said I did. So I did. And I'm holding the dipstick and leaning over trying to put it back in, and all the sudden the hood of the car comes crashing down and I shriek so loud the whole gas station turns to stare at me. And my hand is purple and it is pulsing. And the little thing that hold the hood open got crushed in the latch that opens the hood!! So there I am, helplessly holding the mutilated dipstick. We call the elders in a frenzy. We had no tools to fix the car and we couldn't drive without that dipstick in, and our hood was stuck closed!!!! And I ask my district leader to come and fix it, and he replies "But I was just going to start my cardio..." Hahahahaha, but they came! They fixed it! We were thankful. Sister Williams exclaimed "I'm just happy I wasn't the idiot this time!" Every time someone gives me a firm handshake, my bruised palm reminds me of the pain of the incident.

Feeling guilty because I interrupted the elders during their cardio.

A youth in our ward just turned 16 and he said he needed a planner to schedule all his dates. So we decorated a missionary planner for his birthday and put the numbers of all the 16 year old girls in the stake in it ahahhaha

This naked baby that was happy to be with us.
The highlight of the week was definitely the general women's conference! I remember watching it a year ago, and knowing that I need to serve a mission. I'm so grateful I did! I thought of all the wonderful women in my life who taught my to trust in my Savior, I am sure thankful for them!
I see so many dedicated people on my mission- those who have so little but give so much. Those who offer us food when I know they don't have enough for themselves. Or those who stay at work til 11:30 pm , so that they can get off work early the next day, and take a 2 hour bus ride to come to our lesson. These moments are so special-- I love it!
