I'm a missionary!

Hellooooo!!!!!!!!!
Being in the MTC is a lot like being a marshmallow in a microwave. I'm growing and learning in ways I didn't think were possible, my physical state has transformed (so tired all the time ahaha, and the food hasn't helped...) and sometimes I melt in the heat of the pressure! BUT, the MTC is still creamy, and while sometimes explosive, a very sweet experience.
But seriously, the MTC is like efy, or bible camp on steroids. You know how you have 3 hours of church and you're like, "wow, i need to nap for 2 days" its like that, except we are in classes for 16 hours, besides 45 minutes of eating :) I seriously love it though! I've seen quite a lot of people I know, and 4 of the people in my district are from DC! Represent!!
My companion is Sister Shill and she is super cool and chill. She's going to Washington Everett on her mission :) We're sister training leaders so we are loving our time to teach in Relief Society and our early morning meetings.
I am getting better at not being tired all the time, but compared to some of the other missionaries, I am quite perky. They have graced me with the endearing title of the "happiest missionary ever." Which I AM :) I LOVE being a missionary and getting to smile all the time! I am grateful for the people surrounding me and the support of my Heavenly Father. I have loved the chance to truly come unto Christ, and to be try and be perfected in Him!
"I do know that whosoever shall put their trust in God shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up at the last day." Alma 36:3
LOVE YOU
Sister Meiners :)
